Greater Dayton Regional Transit Authority needed a website revision, their old site was bloated with extraneous pages, broken navigation, and a non-responsive build. Working with their internal web admin, I took a mobile first approach to redesigning and rebuilding the site. Navigation was cleaned up, page count was reduced by 75%, and the site was geared for the target audience who were over 85% mobile users using pay-as-you-go plans.

  • Achieved responsive design which included reducing data heavy assets on mobile devices
  • Utilizing a CMS system, reduced administrative update time by over 60%
  • Increased user engagement with Google Transit and an alert system
